Ethos principles recently published Project Homeless Connect - A Manual for BC Communities as a part of their work on homelessness in BC.

We presented the manual at the Centre for Civic Governance conference From the Ground Up hosted by the Columbia Institute in March 2009. Conference participants included elected muncipal councilors and school board trustees from across British Columbia.
